When the mechanical stirring flotation machine is working, the sludge and the chemical are fully mixed and fed into the tank bottom of the first chamber of the flotation machine. The ore pulp is brought into the mixing area by the lower suction port and the upper suction port of the impeller respectively, so that the air enters the mixing area along the air guide sleeve, and the ore pulp, air and medicament are mixed here.
